  A:ABC customer service. How can I help you.

  ABC客服,怎么幫到您?

  B: There is something with my refrigerator. It is not working properly.

  我冰箱有問題,它不正常工作了。

  A: Ok, what is the problem?

  問題是什么?

  B: It is making a strange sound. Can anyone from your company come to check it out?

  正發(fā)出怪聲,你們公司能讓你個(gè)人來看看么?

  A: Yes, we have specific technicians to check those problems. However, one service visit shall be charged $20, and there maybe an additional charge for parts change.
