雅思口語(yǔ)Part2范文:有點(diǎn)貴的運(yùn)動(dòng)
話(huà)題:有點(diǎn)貴的運(yùn)動(dòng)Describe a sport that you prefer to do and is a little expensive
You should say
What it is
How much it usually costs
Who usually do it with
And explain why you like to do this activity
范文”
Even though people say it’s quite costly, it’s meant for the rich, but I would love to play tennis one day.
I knew just a bit about this sport, but it’s not too hard to estimate the price. As an amateur, at least I should have a nice Nike or Adidas which up to now is about 50 USD, not to mention other fancy sportswear like T- shirt, shorts and socks. For equipment, bats, bat bags and also I should never forget safety equipment, sadly, it’s said that the higher it costs the better, so I’m gonna give it around 200 USD. So that would be 250 USD in total. Quite expensive I’m afraid. Anyway, my dad, who is not only motivated, but also knowledgeable about the sport, would definitely be my go-to partner. I guess the reason why I’m into this quite-expensive sport firstly is because of its intense, intensive practice, intensive competitiveness, for example, which helps increase my patience and focus. In addition, such independent sport makes me feel rewarded, feel proud because what I’ve won actually is myself.

Possible Answer:
For me, a sport that I like but is quite expensive isscuba diving.I tried it when I went on vacation to Thailand last summer and I really enjoyed it. I did a controlled dive with an instructor and I dived to 6m. I saw many different kinds of fish and coral because it was sunny that day so the water was really clear. It was an experience that was pretty unique because I’ve never doneanything like it. It cost me around 500 RMB for one hour. I felt that one hour wasn’t enough because I got hooked onit. They told me that if I really like this sport I can do a course to get an open water certificateand which costs about 4000 RMBfor a 3 day course so I decided to participate in the course. Ibought my own equipment which cost me another 2000 RMB.Overall it was a great experience, I spent like 5 days scuba diving in Thailand. It cost me a lotbut itwas really enjoyable and it was worth all the money and effort.

As far as I remember, there was a cricket match between India and Pakistan and my entire family was watching that on television. After sometime, the match became dicey and I also started participating in the conversation. That match fueled my interest in sports and I found myself close to the fields after that day.

It’s very hard to figure out “the most popular sport” in China, but I would say the most popular sports are probably soccer, basketball, track and field (mostly for students), table tennis, and badminton. Some martial arts including Tai Chi are being revived and popularized these days too.

雅思口語(yǔ)話(huà)題應(yīng)該如何拓展
以下為拓展話(huà)題的三個(gè)小技巧
Keep asking yourself "why?"
Explain the alternatives
Give an example
范例:
Question:
Do you think that school children should be encouraged to have their ownideas, or is it more important for them to learn what their teachers givethem?
Answer:
I think that we should definitely allow children to be creative and havetheir own ideas. (why?) Children need to develop the ability to think forthemselves and solve problems (why?) because as adults they will not always havesomebody to guide them or tell them what to do. (alternatives?) If we don'tallow children to have their own ideas, they will be less successful in theadult world; they will be too reliant on others. (example?) A doctor, forexample, might encounter a situation that he or she hasn't been trained for, butwill still be expected to make a decision that could save someone's life.
Question: What do you think are the most important qualities for friends tohave?
Answer:
Maybe the most important things are that friends need to share commoninterests and be honest with each other. (why?) Friends are people we spend alot of time with, so it definitely helps if they enjoy doing the same activitiesor talking about the same topics as we do, and of course we need to be able totrust our friends, so honesty is vital for a good friendship. (alternatives /example?) I think I would struggle to become friends with someone who didn’thave anything in common with me, or who wasn’t reliable or trustworthy.
Question: How important do you think it is for a person to spend some timealone?
Answer:
I’d say that it’s essential to spend a bit of time alone, even if it’s justa few minutes a day. (why?) When you have a few minutes to yourself, it’s achance to take stock and reflect on things. (why?) Most of us live such busylives that our brains need time to catch up every now and then. (example /alternatives?) Personally, I try to have a bit of “me time” every day; I’ll gofor a coffee or find a quiet place to sit and read the newspaper. If I never hadany time alone, I think I’d go mad!
