I saw its ordered happiness, but a fever in my blood asked for a wilder course. There seemed to me something alarming in such easy delights. In my heart was desire to live more dangerously. 　　Diogenes was a famous Greek philosopher of thefourth century B.C., who established the philosophy ofcynicism. He often walked about in the daytime holding alighted lantern, peering around as if he were looking forsomething. When questioned about his odd behavior, hewould reply, "I am searching for an honest man."
