年輕一代面臨新的挑戰(zhàn) The Young Generation Faces New Challenges
The young generation has been labeled as the lost generation; young college graduates are unemployed, upset about debt and unable to find a promising career. It is not for everyone, but an increasing number of graduates have been forced into this situation, at the same time, they face new challenges.
年輕一代被打上了“迷失一代”的標(biāo)簽，年輕的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生找不到工作，為債務(wù)和找不到有前途的職業(yè)而煩惱。這并不是針對(duì)每一個(gè)人，但是越來越多的大學(xué)生已經(jīng)被迫面臨這樣的情況，同時(shí)，他們面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。
First, the rising debt, lack of income and high house prices give the young generation great pressure, most of them can’t afford these, and have to live with their parents. Living with their parents makes the young generation loses certain freedom, like they have to go home at night and can’t have fun with friends. What’s more, the children are easy to depend on their parents; they don’t take responsibility of themselves. In the long run, it is not good for them.
第一，不斷增加的債務(wù)，沒有收入和高額的房?jī)r(jià)給年輕一代帶來了很大的壓力，大部分人都還不起這些，不得不和父母一起住。和父母住在一起讓年輕一代失去了一定的自由，比如他們晚上要回家，不能和朋友玩。而且，孩子很容易依賴父母，他們不對(duì)自己負(fù)責(zé)。長(zhǎng)此下去，對(duì)他們來說是不好的。
Second, for those who remain unemployed for a significant period, remaining motivated can be the most important problem. Without jobs, people will feel depressed, they are easy to over think, and then give themselves much pressure, at last, they will lose hope of the word and be no longer motivated.
第二，那些在重要時(shí)期沒有工作的人，保持積極性是最重要的問題。沒有工作，人們會(huì)覺得壓抑，容易多想，給自己過多的壓力，最后，他們會(huì)對(duì)世界失去希望，變得不積極。
It is not easy to find the job, young generation must be positive, they need to be independent and motivated to face the new challenges.
找到工作不容易，年輕一代必須要樂觀，他們需要變得獨(dú)立和積極，來應(yīng)對(duì)新的挑戰(zhàn)。
如何提高女性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力 How to Improve Female’s Competitiveness
It is truth that gender discrimination still exists when female comes to find work, some females never mention her gender on the resume, just to make sure that the employers will give them the chances to get the interview. Females should improve their competiveness, so that they will have more work chances.
事實(shí)上，當(dāng)女性去找工作的時(shí)候，性別歧視仍然存在，一些女性從來不在簡(jiǎn)歷上提到自己的性別，僅僅是為了確保雇主能給她們機(jī)會(huì)面試。女性應(yīng)該提高她們的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，這樣她們就會(huì)有更多的工作機(jī)會(huì)。
First, the female should show their positive attitudes toward the life and work. Female students should see their advantages clearly before hunting for a job, and highlight it in their resumes. For instance, they might emphasize that they are careful and considerate in work, patient and cooperate with colleagues as well. But the positive toward life and work brings them to a high level, which will impress the employer.
第一，女性應(yīng)該展示她們樂觀的生活和工作態(tài)度。女學(xué)生應(yīng)該在找工作前清楚地了解她們的優(yōu)勢(shì)，并在簡(jiǎn)歷上面強(qiáng)調(diào)。比如，她們可以強(qiáng)調(diào)她們?cè)诠ぷ魃险J(rèn)真和細(xì)心，對(duì)同事有耐心和樂于合作。但是樂觀的生活和工作態(tài)度能讓她們更上一個(gè)臺(tái)階，也能給雇主留下深刻的印象。
Second, female students must be confident. Lots of big companies like to hold a group discussion to select people, those who are silent and find it difficult to get involved in the discussion will not be considered. The employers think such people are not confident and won’t do well in the work.
第二，女學(xué)生必須自信。很多大型公司喜歡舉行小組討論來選人，那些保持沉默和難以融入討論的人是不被考慮在內(nèi)的。雇傭者認(rèn)為這樣的人不自信，無法勝任工作。
It is necessary for women to improve competiveness, if they want to go further than males. The positive attitude and being confident will let female win more chances.
對(duì)于女性來講，提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是很重要的，如果他們想要比男性走得更遠(yuǎn)些。樂觀的態(tài)度和表現(xiàn)自信會(huì)讓女性贏得更多的機(jī)會(huì)。

Today, it’s quite a common phenomenon that more and more people from the countryside go to big cities to work. In some villages, even the women have gone to cities. Only the old and the children are left at home.
如今,越來越多的來自鄉(xiāng)村的人們?nèi)コ鞘姓夜ぷ?這種現(xiàn)象十分普遍。在一些村子里，連婦女們也到城市打工。只有老人和小孩留在家中。
In my opinion, it’s not advisable for those young people to flock into big cities. For one thing, the old need to be looked after, and their children need to be looked after. Without the company of the young, the old may suffer from the loneliness, and without the love and care of parents, the children will not grow up healthily. For another, whether those young people can make a better living there is still in doubt, because the expense of living is too high, and the competition is so fierce in big cities. Although most of them work hard day and night, they still find it difficult to support their life.
在我看來，這些年輕人涌入城市的做法是不明智的。因?yàn)槭紫壤先诵枰湛?，孩子也需要人照顧。沒有兒女的陪伴，老人會(huì)覺得孤單，而孩子缺少父母的關(guān)愛，這不利于他們的身心健康。再者，青年人能否在城市過上好生活也不確定，因?yàn)槌鞘械拈_銷也很高，大城市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力也激烈。盡管他們大多數(shù)人都日夜工作，也會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)生活仍舊很困難。
Accordingly, before making their decision, those young should consider whether they are capable of the city life. Moreover, they ought to think more about the need of their family.
因此，在定下決心外出務(wù)工之前，青年人們應(yīng)該考慮好自己是否能適應(yīng)城市生活。此外，他們還應(yīng)該考慮下家人的需要。
