For example,at my current work,we almost lost ourbest employee when her husband relocated toTaichung.
例如，我現(xiàn)在所在的這家公司原本即將逝去一位最優(yōu)秀的員工，因為她丈夫被派駐到臺中去了。
We didn't want to her go,so I came up with a plan to have her work from her new location;
為了不讓她離職，我想了一個可以讓她在臺中工作的方法，
in other words,telecommuting from Taichung.
也就是讓她利用電腦進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程辦公。
Our company had never had a telecommuter,and I had to be very tactful about selling my ideato the president.
我們公司還從來沒有過遠(yuǎn)程辦公的員工，為了讓總裁同意我的計劃，我必須考慮周全。
I worked out plans and calculated costs and benefits,including how much training cost we willbe saving by keeping her.
我擬定計劃，并且計算出繼續(xù)雇用她的成本與利益，包括留住她可以為我們節(jié)省的培訓(xùn)費用。
I presented the plan with cost-benefit analysis to the president.
我將整個計劃連同成本利潤分析一同提交給總裁，結(jié)
It was approved.
構(gòu)獲得了總裁的許可。
It worked very well,so now we have a few more telecommuters.
目前，此計劃進(jìn)行的非常順利，所以我們現(xiàn)在又多了幾個遠(yuǎn)程辦公的員工。
