　　Five incidences of irregular recruitment were exposed in a recent circular released jointly by the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.All five of the recruitments have been canceled and the officials involved have been reprimanded or dismissed, according to the circular.

　　To ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment undertaken by publicly supported institutions, the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security have ordered personnel authorities across the country to strictly abide by an announcement released in December 2010.

　　中國共產(chǎn)黨中央組織部(簡稱中組部)和人力資源與社會保障部(簡稱人社部)最近在一則通報中披露了五大違規(guī)招聘案例。通告中說，這五項招聘都已經(jīng)被取消，涉嫌官員都已經(jīng)被撤職或警告。

　　為確保事業(yè)單位招聘的公開公正，中組部和人社部已經(jīng)要求全國各人事部門嚴格遵守2010年12月下發(fā)的通知。

　　文中的irregular recruitment即是違規(guī)招聘，irregular有“不規(guī)則的，不合法的，不合規(guī)矩的”意思。事業(yè)單位我們可以說成“publicly supported institution”或者“public institution”。之前網(wǎng)上流行的“蘿卜招聘”一詞也是諷刺有些地方招聘公務員采取量身定做(tailor made)的辦法，蘿卜招聘我們可以說成slated recruitment或者tailor-made recruitment。
