英語介詞語法介紹：介詞for的用法

　　介詞的固定搭配，大多數(shù)是可以通過分析快速理解的，比如for life中的for用的是“為期……”的含義。有些很難或者無法分析的固定搭配，則可以進(jìn)行機(jī)械地熟悉，并通過大量的英語閱讀和造句、說寫英語鞏固和掌握。

　　1.為了(目的)

　　They are working for a better life.

　　他們?cè)跒楦玫纳疃ぷ鳌?/p>

　　She didn’t choose the job for money,but for more chances.

　　她選擇這個(gè)工作不是為了錢，而是為了更多的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　2.用于(表示作用)

　　This toy is forboys, not for girls.

　　這玩具是給男孩玩的，而不是給女孩的。

　　We have a kind of special ink for your pen.

　　我們有一種特殊的墨水用于你的鋼筆。

　　3.向，朝(方向)

　　Jane is leaving here for London.

　　珍妮就要離開這里去倫敦。

　　She was heading for the park.

　　她正走向公園。

　　4.代替;交換

　　Mr. Li will teach for you.

　　李先生將代替你上課。

　　Could I give this orange for that pear?

　　我能用這個(gè)桔子換那個(gè)梨嗎?

　　5.對(duì)于(表示愿望、愛好、特長等)

　　Mary has an artistic eye for colors.

　　瑪麗對(duì)著色有藝術(shù)眼光。

　　John had a sharp ear for melody.

　　約翰對(duì)于旋律有很敏銳的聽覺。

　　6.贊成，擁護(hù)

　　We are for this plan.

　　我們?cè)斐蛇@個(gè)計(jì)劃。

　　Are you for or against this action?

　　你贊成還是反對(duì)這一行動(dòng)?

　　Thank you for your help.

　　謝謝你的幫助。

　　The kids jumped for joy.

　　For all his shortcomings, he is a nice man.

　　Jane came back for her handbag.

　　12.(時(shí)間)為期;(距離)計(jì)

　　My uncle worked here for 40 years.

　　我叔叔在這工作過40年。

　　They walked slowly for 10 kilometers.

　　他們慢慢地走了10公里。
