　　總體來說，新的留學政策有四個大的方向改動：

　　2) 規(guī)范了留學市場，政府對選擇留學生群體時更加明確。

　　3) 寬松了打工政策，全日制學生，學簽=工簽。不需要額外申請打工許可。

　　4) 加速了落實意向，學生在畢業(yè)以后三個月必須明確和落實自己的意向，比如繼續(xù)讀書還是換工簽就業(yè)。
