  英文簡(jiǎn)歷制作注意事項(xiàng)

  1) 長(zhǎng)句:沒(méi)有人愿意看太冗長(zhǎng)的句子,而且切記YRIS原則,雇主只是在掃描您的簡(jiǎn)歷。

  2) 縮寫:因?yàn)橥庑腥送茈y看懂。不要想當(dāng)然的認(rèn)為這是人所皆知的事情。前面我們講了user friendly的原則,所以不要先入為主的認(rèn)為別人能猜到或者能查到你用的縮寫。

  3) I (我):因?yàn)檎?guī)簡(jiǎn)歷多用點(diǎn)句,以動(dòng)詞開(kāi)頭,是沒(méi)有我的。當(dāng)然若在公司簡(jiǎn)介中一定要用到一兩次,也不是完全不可以。

  4) 不利因素:我們講過(guò)簡(jiǎn)歷的原則是不要撒謊,但不寫不等于騙人。大家可能還記得前面提到過(guò)的簡(jiǎn)歷中的任何字句都可能成為面試中的話題。揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短的道理,我想大家都是知道的。

  5) Reference available upon request:這個(gè)短語(yǔ)的意思是如需證明,可提供見(jiàn)證人。這在許多英式、港式 簡(jiǎn)歷范文 中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn),但是美式的簡(jiǎn)歷則不要這樣寫。因?yàn)樵诂F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,招聘人員認(rèn)為任何人都能隨便抓來(lái)一兩個(gè)見(jiàn)證人應(yīng)急。而且如果您在簡(jiǎn)歷中也沒(méi)有寫上他們的名字及聯(lián)系方法,這句話則完全是多此一舉了。
