1.開頭:推薦信開頭主要介紹推薦人的身份，推薦人與被推薦人的關(guān)系，認(rèn)識(shí)時(shí)間，了解程度等人員介紹信息。并且在推薦信中一定要出現(xiàn)被推薦人的全名。在開頭也要寫明被推薦人的留學(xué)目的是高中生還是本科生，專業(yè)方向等信息。
2.推薦信內(nèi)容要客觀真實(shí)。內(nèi)容屬于評(píng)價(jià)性的文字，因此不要張揚(yáng)激進(jìn);要客觀真實(shí)。除了必要的夸獎(jiǎng)外，也可提出被推薦人不足待改進(jìn)之處。
3.推薦信內(nèi)容需列舉實(shí)例。在推薦信中，推薦人評(píng)價(jià)的被推薦人的每個(gè)意見，都需利用實(shí)例進(jìn)行說明，這樣顯得更有說服力。切記不要好話連篇，給人以虛假之感。
4.參考學(xué)校推薦表。往往留學(xué)生申請(qǐng)的大學(xué)都會(huì)有申請(qǐng)表，在寫推薦信的時(shí)候要參考該校的推薦表所列信息進(jìn)行描述。如推薦人需對(duì)申請(qǐng)人的聰明程度、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)潛力、研究潛力、英語口語和寫作、獨(dú)立工作能力、與他人協(xié)作的能力以及學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力等方面進(jìn)行描述。
