狀語從句的用法相關(guān)知識(shí)講解

　　狀語從句同副詞、介詞詞組等作狀語一樣，用于修飾謂語，說明謂語動(dòng)作的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、方式、手段、條件、程度、比較、原因、目的、結(jié)果等許多內(nèi)容。

　　狀語從句的用法

　　表示時(shí)間：

　　When she arrives here, call me.

　　當(dāng)她到了，叫我。

　　I was going out when the phone rang.

　　我正要出門，突然電話響了。

　　Lily listening while she is dancing.

　　莉莉一邊聽一邊跳。

　　表示地點(diǎn)：

　　You should stand up where you fell down.

　　你應(yīng)該在摔倒的地方爬起來.

　　Wherever you go, keep this in mind.

　　無論你去哪里，都要牢記這一條。

　　表示原因：

　　The workers had tostop their work because it was raining hard.

　　工人們只得停止干活，因?yàn)樵谙麓笥辍?/p>

　　Since you know it already, we don’t need to keep it a secret.

　　既然你已經(jīng)知道了，我們沒有必要保密了。

　　Now that everyone is here, we may as well start our meeting.

　　既然大家都到了，我們不妨開始開會(huì)。

　　It must be light now, for I can hear many people walking on the street.

　　準(zhǔn)是天亮了，因?yàn)槲衣犚姾芏嗳嗽诮稚闲凶吡恕?/p>

　　As he likes it very much, I will give it to him.

　　由于他非常喜歡這東西，我打算送給他。

　　表示結(jié)果：

　　Jane is so fat that she doesn’t dare to eat pork.

　　珍妮非常肥胖，她不敢吃豬肉了。

　　Robbie is such a nice boy that everyone likes to be with him.

　　羅比是很好的男孩，大家都喜歡同他在一起。
